I enjoy getting to know my clients and their particular business. Each person is unique and so is their situation. We all have different goals for our money and what we want to accomplish with it. My goal is to help you spend less on taxes so that you can use your money to reach your own goals.
Our Story
My name is Gavin Haswell. I was born in England and moved to the United States at age 3 ½. I lived in California until 2017 when my wife and I decided to move our family to beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado. My wife, being a native of Colorado, knew it would be a wonderful place for our two children to grow up. I also looked forward to the abundant business opportunities.
In my free time you can find me walking our dog, who also frequently joins us at work, or practicing one of my instruments. I have been a drummer for most of my life, but in the last few years have also taken up piano, guitar and violin!
Business Background
I began my accountancy career at the ground level, working as a bookkeeper preparing monthly financial statements, payroll tax returns and sales tax returns. Upon graduating from California State University, San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting option), I became a CPA. I also graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law and became a licensed CA attorney. I am also licensed in Colorado as well.
For the last 30 years, I have primarily focused on income tax consultation and tax preparation. I have worked with a wide range of clients and have prepared a variety of income tax returns: individual, partnership, corporate, gift, nonprofit and trust.

With over 30 years of experience in tax preparation, I have worked with individuals ranging from a single person with just a W-2 to CEO's of multi-million dollar industries. Small businesses, farms, estate tax returns, large corporations and partnerships, there isn't a tax return that I am not familiar with.
Patti Haswell
Bookkeeper & Office Manager
I have been in the accounting business since 2008 doing everything from bookkeeping, billing, and tax return preparation to occasionally fixing computers and copy machines. I deal with the daily tasks of running our own business. We also hire additional assistants during tax season.
